Create Photoshop macro / function to automate creation of product photos from mockups

We are searching for Photoshop professional who is able to create an Photoshop-macro / function to automate the process of creating product photos from mockups. The actual workflow is: -open new t-shirt-design -open new mockup-psd for hoodie, t-shirt, v-neck and so on -resize t-shirt-design and put it on the t-shirt-mockup -use displacement-filter -select the right layer for each garment -save files as .jpg --name it like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and so on... --save as 60% jpg with 1000px width --place it in the right folder - each design has it's own folder in which all the files for hoodie, t-shirt are together. We work with a collaboration-software to manage all tasks and communication for both sides as comfortable and effective as possible. Fast-working and a smooth communication via mail and skype are very important to us, which does not mean that we want to discourage our employees from work. We do not negotiate every working hour, but expect an honest accounting. Please only Freelancer who speak and understand english or german!
