I have 30years of designing products and creating IP. I have worked for Speedo, P&G, Mastercard and Thermos. I also own a 3D printer so can physically test any ideas created. Phase 1 R&D This phase will explore solutions and ID any problem areas and any IP opportunities. Findings will be presented as 3D line drawings or physical sketch models and a basic report if required. Phase 2 Concept generation This phase will look at styling and use findings from Phase 1 to create a range of concepts (max 3) that also explore functions and features. All design will consider real world constraints. Designs will be presented as 3D rendered digital concept boards (PDF) Phase 3 Design Refinement This Phase will take your feedback from Phase 2 and produce a final design that meets your requirements. Presented as 3D rendered digital concept boards (PDF) and E-drawing (self-executing 3D model) Phase 4 Concept development This phase will develop the 3D design into data suitable for prototyping or manufacture. Taking into consideration process and any other features like PCBs, ergonomics or Standards.
