Design me an Inflatable flamingo koozie

I'm attempting to design a floating pink flamingo koozie. The koozie will be plastic, inflatable, well balanced, and (most importantly) be able to float upright with a 12 oz drink in it. There's a lot of bad products on the market, I want to get this one right. I want it to have a little weight that hangs off of the bottom of the product to achieve this. Here's another important feature, it will have an outer layer of plastic, which you can fit ice cubes and water to keep your drink cold. It'll also have a flamingo neck that looks like an accurate flamingo. I want this to be less than 10 inches in diameter. Basically, enough to support a full drink, but not too clunky. I want to eventually mass produce this product. Thank you!
