Android application with bluetooth printing

I need an application that can run on the Droid X, Motorola Titanium, and Galaxy Tab, which will essentially connect to an HTTP site, download data, save it locally, and display it in the attached formats. It needs to be able to print via bluetooth to a zeba mz-320 and other zebra bluetooth mobile printers. The first thing I want to do it get the printer to work with a test application. I will also need to modify some of the fields in the citation screen. I will also want a settings screen to change button colors, button text colors, background color, and text color, and menu bar color and menu bar text. I will also need a new section for "Status" and "Lookup" and "Trouble" that will download and display information, allow a space/card search, and submit a trouble ticket. You will also need to supply the PHP script that will capture the citation information. I need a simple way for loading it onto multiple phones.
