Convert or recreate a Existing VBNet application to a web based

I have a VB Net application that works very well(Windows XP). The user inputs quantities for specific items/assemblies the application uses that information to generate a material list of required products. The individual products,pricing are editable through a user screen that interfaces with the database(Access). The user is also able to define/create certain "Assemblies" of materials made up of certain ratios of the [login to view URL] assemblies created can then be "inserted" into the required drop down menus of the items.I would like to convert into a web based application along with a login and password so different users can use it and have ther eown database of jobs/customers that can be accessed.
