Creat app for iPad/iPod Touch AND for Android, for affirmation cards

I need two apps created--each the same, but for two different platforms--1 app for iPad/iPod Touch, 1 app for Android--for some cards. There are 108 card images, plus some intro images. I may also want a page or two of text talking about how people can use the affirmation cards, and why affirmations are important or can help. I also want a link to my books (at the very end) where people can buy them on [login to view URL], [login to view URL], IndieBound. AND a link to my website, my blog, and to the affirmation cards on my website, where people can buy the actual physical cards. I have all the original drawings scanned. I would like the edges of each rounded, though, if possible. I want the users to be able to: -watch a slideshow of all the images (I'd prefer it like a page turn) -scroll through the images themselves at their own speed, by touch, by button, and by tilt/shake (with option to turn tilt/shake off) -freeze one image so that that stays on their screen (until they decide to resume) -I need the apps to be uploaded/installed into iTunes and Android markets -I want a demo app, with only 12 images, that is free for all users and that advertizes the full app. -I want to sell the full app at $2.99 (and have the money set up to come to me). -I want the ability to give the full app to people for free. *This is very important.* If possible, to have a coupon code people can use, or a special download page/link I can send people to. This would be a reward for people who buy my books. -I want to make sure that no one can copy or print my individual images.
