I am looking for someone that can convert a large text file into an excel spreadsheet and then have it sorted with specific data in columns.
I would like to know how long it would take you to sort the list for me two separate ways into an excel format.? Could you please give me a price quote?
Here is a rundown of what I am looking for:
Absentee Owners (an absentee owner is one whose property address and mailing address are two separate addresses)
Single Family Residence and duplex, triplex, and quads
Bedrooms (at least 3)
Bathrooms (at least 1)
Year Built (from 1940-1990)
Square Footage (850-1950)
Purchases up until 1998
Mailing address complete
Property address complete
Total Assessed Value
Owner Transfer Sale Date
Owner Transfer Sale Price
Owner Transfer Recording Date
Last Market Sale Date
Last Market Sale Price
Last Market Recording Date
Please exclude corporate & trustee owned property
Please remove duplicate records
I would like the fields for property address to be all in one field - meaning the house number, street address and direction all in one field - not separated out.
That would be one list.?
Another separate list I would like is Absentee owners that have purchased in the last 6 months (from May 2008 to Dec. 2008) that are sfr (single family residences, or duplex, triplex or quad.
You can include trustee owned or corporate owned properties in this list.
Please let me know who can do this and the price and how long it would take.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
