Cheap external recruting

I represent a company that will open soon. I offer services of HR management, and to be more specific, services of external recruiting. The poupose is to found cheap labour force for the companies from EU. I could provide cheap labour at minimal costs for companies specializied in IT, hospitality or workers in agriculture or in the constructions field, but in others domains too. With other words I could provide you an employee (generaly romanians) with a salary of 30% - 50% cheaper than the average from your country (I'm refering more specificaly to western european countries, such as: UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and others countries too). Ofcourse there is a commission to pay for my countribution, but it is very cheap 5% of the employee salary or 50 euros for each mounth of the contract of the employee. In conclusion I'm offering you a good quality at a low cost. Now I would give an example: An IT specialist in Sweden have the average salary somewhere at 3000 euros (I take the data from wikipedia statistics), taking this in consideration, I could offer you a potantial employee with the same skils that would as for a salary somewhere at 1500 euros able to relocate, and it will be the commission of 50 euros for my contribution each mounth (for a determined period), so the net salary would be at 1500 + 50 euros and from now on you can make your total cost from your own (gross sallary + if the legislation of this country works like that , the employer cost).
