We are looking for a long-term (3+years) full time (40+ hours per week), deputy project manager to join our team.
We develop deliver and support technology primarily for the hospitality industry in the United States (VoIP, Wi-Fi, SMS, etc.). We are a small team and work together on many projects. We are growing and need a couple great teammates to join us and share in the progress & benefits.
we are managing a very large project to consolidate various WAN/LAN networks for a US state. This is a multi-year project and one of several we are growing with.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be a team player, fluent in English – both verbal and written, understand computer tech / networking at a management level
Duties will include:
Project planning, organizing tasks and projects
Reading/drafting replies to emails
Managing the project’s Team Foundation Server (TFS) / web based tools
Documenting processes and procedures
taking incoming request from end-customer
update spreadsheets and Visio drawings
Maintain and evolve our knowledge management system
Assist in developing and maturing services such as Chat tools, web site, etc.
Develop and support methods and procedures
Desired skills include:
* Project Management, both waterfall and Agile
* Professional customer service skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience with networks, VoIP
* Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
