Chrome based Browser

I need a desktop application built based on Google Chrome. Must act as a desktop-based browser for a website, with some twists such as Lot of functionalities like Rockmelt - Facebook integration on sign in an installation - Facebook Notifications - Chat with Facebook friends - Share functionality like Rockmelt, just for dragging - All functionalities provided by the right friends list bar. - Integrated search of Facebook Friends in browser bar - New tab as Rockmelt More features : - Incorporates multi-source downloading wherever possible to accelerate we downloads. - Auto Upgrade settings, for browser and tutorial for server implementation. ... and a few more (Like UI changes, theme). When I say integration I mean native browser integration, not an extension. The app should like fluently and speed optimized, should be debugged and tested to prevent bugs. The application as a whole must not ask for additional software to be installed by the user. All libraries required to run have to be included in the installation kit. We would like to use NSIS for that, unless another open source alternative is considered more viable. The application must run on Windows XP, Vista and 7 (all versions) on both 32 and 64 bit architectures. Ubuntu Linux, Mac OS. ATENTION: - Would prefer someone who is online on a daily basis to provide progress reports - a Basecamp project site will be used for all matters related to this project - We need you to be on skype or provide a phone number you can be reached at during regular business hours on your TZ - Full source code will be required as well as any 3rd party components. No commercial 3rd party components please. - Timeframe: Max 2 months. Payment: on escrow, release only upon 100% completion. Payment will NOT be set up under escrow before a demo of the base desktop application. If you decide to start on this project then become unavailable we will cancel everything right away.
