Computer aided test adminstration engine - repost 2

We have a huge database of questions in various subjects in the K-12 space. In the years to come, we will add other subjects and topics as well. We need a way to seamlessly upload the questions into the database and make changes from time to time. We would like to administer adaptive tests for our students and help track their progress. We have looked at a system called "Concerto" which is an open source adaptive test engine [ [login to view URL] ] based on PHP, MySQL and R Language. We did not like it. We want a similar system that is easy to use, administer and support. Hence our decision to build the system using Python, Django and Rpy2 [R Library in Python ]. MathJax integration for all the HTML is required in order to ensure that Math formulas are properly displayed. We have created a general outline of our system specification for your review and feedback. We would like for you to send us your assessment of effort, schedule and pricing for this pricing with a preliminary project plan and list of deliverables.
