I need to build an R algorithm that allows me to insert a data frame of 49 col and around 250 lines, and retrieves these a data frame of the same size, that is corrected using the following steps:

49 cols and around 250 lines
Each column is treated separately
- Step 1.
- calculate the average of each column
- Step 2.
- subtract to each element on each column the average of that column (calculated on step 1)
- we obtain DataBase B - residuals database
- Step 3.
- Standardize each value (([url removed, login to view])/[url removed, login to view])
- Step 4.
- Compute the Normal Distribution Probability of each value - N(0,1)
- Step 5.
- If the value calculated on Step 4 is lower than 2,5% or superior to 97,5% - then than value on DataBase A is replaced by the mean of the column on DataBase A, otherwise it stays the same.
Step 6.
- Repeat the process from Step 1 until no alteration occurs.
