Toll Free to Toll Free Forwarding Introduction: We are [login to view URL] and provide VoIP services to our clients. We currently sell Toll Free numbers and Local numbers to our clients for their businesses. We also provide incoming and outgoing minutes to our clients. There is another set of clients who generate leads and sell these leads in form of calls to other business owners. These clients are generally lead generators. For Example: Company A generates leads and sells it to other companies B, C, D, E and F in form of phone calls and they get paid for these calls that they transfer to their clients. Objective: We would like to provide a portal to these clients so that when they take this service from us they can not only transfer calls to their clients but also can monitor these calls and can control them. For Example: Company B wants only 10 calls in a day, Company C wants 20 calls in a day, Company C wants 5 calls per hours and Company D wants 20 calls in a week. Now my client, Company A wants to fulfill requirements of each of his clients and at the same time he wants to properly manage this scenario so that he can bill each of these clients properly. Platform: We use Free Switch/Asterix as platform to provide service to our clients and therefore would like you to build the portal on the same tool. We can provide a server with installed Free Switch/Asterix for testing and development for this purpose. Details: This portal should look something like the attached image or may be better but should solve the purpose. 1) User should be able to add or remove rows to this tool 2) Phone Number Column will be the Toll Free Numbers of my client's client where the calls have to be forwarded. 3) Quantity Limit is the number of calls that the client wants to transfer to that particular number in the given time period. Once the limit is reached, forwarding will automatically stopped. 4) Target (Per/hour) is self-explanatory as the name suggests. Transfer only X number of calls every hour and then stop. 5) 'Actual' shows how many calls have been transferred so far and should be refreshed every 30 seconds. 6) Date/Time (From) and Date/Time (To) should be selected so that the calls are transferred in the given time slot. 7) There should be reset button in each row so that my client can reset and restart the process. Distributing Strategy: Calls to these numbers should be distributed randomly but within the limits and parameters defined above. Reporting: There should be a 'Download Historical Report' button on this page so that he client can later download detailed report of the campaign. This report should include, Date/Time (From), Date/Time (To), No of Calls, Phone Number (Destination) Dashboard: There should also be a dashboard to show the real time progress of the campaign which should refresh automatically in (let's say) 30 seconds. Multi-Tenancy: This portal should be multi-tenant so that we can provide it to several clients through our Free Switch Server. For a multi-tenant portal you can use fusion pbx as it already has a multi-tenant system (based of free switch). We are however open to use Asterix portal if it has multi tenancy. Hi, I am interested in this project. I can deliver this. Worked in similar projects and know how to create such systems. We have a small team of 4 programmers, expert in C/C++, Perl and PHP with experiance more than 9 years each. If interested with my proposal please let me know. As per the description i fins the work is litte higher than the project budget so i gone for little high value but first need to dsicuss to come to a real figure. Good evening, I have fantastic experience building voice systems and applications based on Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio. Audio, video (WebRTC). Any business logic you can imagine :) Generally speaking I do not have too much questions on your project and absolutely, I can fix that. However, extra clarifications is important and I must see what do you have working right away to understand integration questions. My rate is based in my time expectations and could vary +- 30 percent, depends on setup details. I would prefer ruby on rails, but puthon/django are fine too. Since my rate is bit out of your budget, shall we chat about present system background – it may decrease a bit. Have a nice day!

Having good hands on C, Perl and PHP. As per the proeject discription, we will develop a web portal in PHP with Mysql using Asterisk of your choice. Three type of login is required Admin, Client and Client's Client (end user). Each will have specific set of rights. Admin will be able to create client and client can set add ent users. Hello How are you? I have 8+ years of experience in Asterisk. I have been a full stack programmer for more than 10 years now. I used to work for Digium, the creator of Asterisk and I have also worked for various Predictive Dialing Systems. Currently, this is my start-up. What I would envision for your project is pretty simple and elegant. Here would be my POA for your project: 1. A High level Call Control System - This can limit, connect and monitor call transfers between various business entities. 2. A multi-tenant custom CRM for management of these services from the end consumer's perspective. 3. An admin portal for you so that you can holistically manage the entire work flow. 4. We can use your current design guidelines or we can make new designs for you. It will be 100% responsive and comes included in the cost. I would work in the LAMP (Linux, Apache Mysql and PHP) stack if you don't have any particular preferences. I can also work on NodeJS platform.
