Blender to STEP Converstion

My previous posting was somehow deleted so I apologize to anyone who bid before.
I am looking for an individual to convert a Blender 3D model file to a STEP format file. The Object is a 1 inch cube with a brickwall like texture on the sides and extrusions for connecting to matching blocks similar to a Lego.
The Object itself is already complete and is in a .blend format. I just need someone to convert the .blend file to a working .STEP file format.

I have over 20 years of CAD experience and have been teaching CAD since 1998. I have a great deal of file conversion experience including developing CAD models from Maya, 3DS Max and Blender files.
