Do some 3D Modelling: Cylon Helmet

I am interested in a 3D Model/File(STL) that I can use with a 3D printer probably have it printed up from a 3D online printing service. I may want to adjust it slightly first using 3D modeling software. It will probably be light plastic. It needs to fit over my head like a football helmet. My head at its greatest circumference(above the brows/ears) is 25 inches, and thus the opening into the helmet must have a diameter of about 8 inches. My hat size is 8. From the top of my head to the bottom of my chin is 11 inches, so it should be about 12 inches tall, and 9 inches wide, and about 14 inches front to back. So, 12 Inches Tall x 9 inches wide x 14 inches front to back(depth). The helmet should be proportional so that it easily contains my head and easy putting it on & off my head using the dimensions I previously listed for my head. I have enclosed 4 Jpg photos from different views for you to work with. Please provide a cost estimate($), and how to proceed if I chose to. Please reply.
