Construction costing/estimator for Holiday Resort

We are looking for someone to provide cost estimations for a proposed 100 bed resort to be built on one of the main islands in Vanuatu. The resort is to be made of concrete construction, 2 stories high (45 bedrooms per storey) and 10 ground level bungalows. Room size approx 35m2 (including balcony area) with ensuite in each room & a small kitchenette. Bungalows are 60m2 (including veranda/decking on one side), again with ensuite & small kitchenette. Tiled floors throughout whole resort (excluding conference rooms). There must be the following included: - A generous foyer/reception/lobby area - Entertainment area (piano bar) - 3 dining areas - one main restaurant with suitable commercial kitchen facilities, one breakfast/lunch bar, and smaller pool side eatery - Conference rooms - one large for 250 guests and three smaller rooms (seating 80, 120 and 150 guests) - Pool and outdoor bar - Tennis courts - Children's minding area/playground - Laundry facilities - Car parking and garden surrounds Administration requires - Staff quarters for permanent managers (x5) - Facilities for day staff - lunchrooms, toilets, change areas with shower facilities - Linen & Cleaners storerooms - Commercial cold storage and pantries - Commercial laundry - Maintenance & gardeners workshop Site is 25 hectares/62 acres. which allows for stage 2 at a later date. Figures need to be in broad terms at this point. More details will follow once plans and architecture have been finalised. Examples of other resorts built that are similar in size at other locations may be included. Time for this estimation is 3 days. Quotes to be done in USD.
