Assistant Required for Registered Training Organisation Manager

My name is Tony and I am writing on behalf of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Brisbane Australia. I need someone to assist with implementation of projects, including but not limited to: 1. Writing of procedure documents, work instructions and checklists that comply with relevant rules, laws and legislation 2. Adding of nationally recognised qualifications, units of competency and accredited courses to scope 3. Launching of new marketing initiatives 4. Assisting with other tasks and projects as required The winning candidate will perform a lot of the administrative work in the above projects including: - Proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation and to ensure they meet national legislation and standards - Performing research including competitor research Please quote "zylgav" to verify you have read the entire job description Ideally I would like someone with previous RTO experience, particularly in either: - Developing training and assessment resources - Assistance with adding courses to scope Key skills and competencies: - Attention to detail - Time management - Project management The winning candidate will work a full time schedule from Monday to Friday 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Brisbane time.
