I've started building the site using a wrap-bootstrap theme, completely stopped and am picking it up again. I honestly don't know if it will be easier for me to just build it, or to work someone to get things completed. I'm sending over a description of what I'm looking to get done. I can link to the repository on Github.
Hi level overview - I'm doing a podcast where I talk to entrepreneurs in NYC about their companies. The podcast is hosted on podbean ([login to view URL]), but their site sucks and so I was planning to build my own site.
I think it's a fairly simple setup. I would like-
Home Page
Index page for all episodes - This template calls it a Gallery
Episode Page - each episode has it's own page
About Page - will be static.
Admin pages - to create, edit and delete episodes.
I don't want a player on my site - I'm fine if my site just links to the Podbean site with a player.
I've created an episode Model the will populate details of the show and index pages.
Devise would be my choice for the user/admin concept. Once it's completed I'll host this on Heroku - if that makes a difference for the DB/setup.
Finally, I'll want to add a picture to each episode.
The basic site is there, and the model is created. I need the model details to populate the views correctly (including pictures) and an admin concept created so that I can create and edit.
I'd imagine this would be a few (2-3) hours of work for a good developer at most. For a new developer (like me) it might take about 10 hours. I'm interested to see bids. Can send the link to the repo as needed.
Best,
Mike

Hello
I have understood your requirement as you have expressed it very well. Given that basic website (need to check it out) is already built and need remaining functionality. I can work on this project with minimum instructions right away.
Heroku is awesome, I personally like it. If you are planning to use Heroku as free server then I advice you to have all pictures on Amazon web server.
Devise is great if there are multiple user roles. If its just you (admin), its better to use custom Authorization which is very light weight as compared to Devise, hence making your website faster.
Regarding the timeline: I cannot commit until or unless I see the github repo. However, I think it should not take more than 2 days.
Also I would like to inform you that we only accept payments when our Employer is fully satisfied.
Please invite me on private chat/skype (iezinagro) to discuss further.
