Build an Online Store Mavenfrog using spree commerce

I have working vanilla spreecommerce installed and working on private server. I need someone to modify spree and include the following features: Modify it so It can be used for digital downloads (shipments are not needed). Similar to [login to view URL] . Implement subscribable items similar to [login to view URL] . Implement static pages similar to [login to view URL] Implement services ( REST ?) that: check if a given user is registered, check if a given user bought specified item (will be defined in details and simple examples provided). Setup and test payment through paypal. Account and keys will be provided. Setup and test payment through another payment gateway to enable CC payments. All required files should be on a private bitbucket repository. Support during deployment might be required. Additional tasks will be further negotiated.
