Back Linking Needed (easy project)

Once per month I will provide you with a list of 80 sites that I will need backlinks on. You will set up links on the 80 high ranking sites listed.
I am targeting 3 different search terms and so on all sites (wherever possible), you will need to put in anchor text for the three terms I give you (or in some cases where only one link is allowed, only the 1 top term).
The list of sites will be provided in an XL document. You may not be able to post links on all of the sites so you will need to make a note beside each site saying "Posted" or "Not possible" and the reason why "Not Possible: html not allowed anymore". When a link is posted you will then take the URL where it can be found and enter it into the XL doc.
I will also provide you with step by step picture instructions for each of the 80 sites in a PDF files. These instructions will show you how and where to post the links.
To summarize there are three simple steps: 1) Try to post links on sites. 2) Report weather you can or not. 3) Show url where links can be found.
Links ideally should be completed gradually throughout the month but as long as all 80 links are done and the XLS reporting is done properly by the end of each month, I am happy!
I will have a new list of 80 links for you every month.
I already have one bid for this job on another site for $80 USD per 80 links ($80 per month). If you can beat that (and the other bids here) then the job is yours! Given that I have done all of the work for you (list of sites, step by step picture instructions etc) I assume that there will be some bidders on here that can do it for a lot less.

Other requirements:
-Basic English reading, writing and speaking a necessity
-Prompt response to any communication (skype or email) a necessity
-Someone that is looking to establish a longer term working relationship is preferred. I will have a lot more work to send your way if you do well with this easy project.
