I need a coder to build me a website/cms/admin. I have the site design already and have already had it sliced up into very valid xhtml.
Here are the functions i need
-Ability to edit content in some areas on each page. We will use a text editor for this in the admin area. I will give you the telerik editor controls for this
-ability to insert google ads per page - option in admin
-ability to set the RSS feed box on the homepage to consume feeds from another url - admin will enter url
-Add page to navigation - ad new sub page (only 1 level down)
-contact form with validations (client side and server side)
-Purchase checkout - 3 pages of forms for ecomm checkout
-integration with merchant to process credit cards

-Order and customer history (table repeater)
-Execute function to create a config file for the product just purchased. we will give dll for this function
-Create public and private keys and store in user account - we will give dll/method for this
-Referal tracking via checkout form from the user
-Referal system to add/edit/delete referrers
-referer gets an id, this id is used at checkout to give this person credit for the sale
-id also used as url parameter to track incoming leads, set as a cookie on the user machine so we can track thier order on our site and give credit
-some logic based on commission tracking but not complex
we have about 3 weeks on this project so i need people that are interested and can begin asap.
Code is .net 3.0/3.5 c# and sql 2005
Must work on chat with my team and project managers msn.
must use source mgmt tool (vs plugin) daily checkin and checkout
able to deploy to my server.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
