Create dynamic graphs on webpage from WordPress tags in SQL

On my WordPress-based website, I want to create a page that plots tag counts by category on line, bar, spider, etc. charts. For example, I want a page that has 10 charts, one chart for each of my 10 top-level categories. Within each chart, I want to see the count of the top 10-20 tags for different time periods (# days, # weeks, # months, etc.) I want those charts to be NON-user configurable. In other words, those charts will always be there. Note: Currently I have 10 top-level categories, 497 sub-categories, and 122,986 tags (more tags added every day)..... But I also want another page that allows the user to configure custom charts by selecting: 1) which category (or categories) they'd like to see tag counts for (using a dynamic / collapsing menu tree of categories) 2) which tags they want to see on chart (top 10, 20 , 30 using drop down menu OR multiple specific tags using a text search box that searches / autocompletes to find relevant tags) 3) over what time period they'd like to see data displayed: # days, # weeks, # months, etc. (using a simple drop-down menu) I also want the graphs to look really good.
