A long-time client has asked me to modify a project I developed 15 years ago based on a Pervasive Btrieve table . Since then I have abandoned Btrieve and don't have it installed on any of my computers. Even if I did, I expect I've lost any programming skills for it. Thus my call for help.
My request is that you convert one table (about 25 fields, 25000 rows) from Btrieve to SQL Server. I may have the Btrieve DDFs for the needed table, though I may not. I'm attaching three DDFs that I can't read but that were in a folder dealing with this table. *Maybe* they will help, though I don't remember ever developing or using DDFs. If they aren't useful, I can provide you with clear information on each field in the table so that you can build the needed DDFs — just tell me what you need.
I'll look forward to someone's help!

I'm expert on SQL server and I think I can import data in a table with no problems.
I'll provide you:
- a script with table definition for sql server (if you have not a ready table)
- a script with the insert for data or a csv file to import. Your choice on this
