NSIS Installer for a windows sofware

I need an NSIS Installer with the following requirements: 1. Standard screens (Welcome, installation location, check system requirements, progress, Post Installation Update (Success/Failure), etc.) used in any installation of a windows software. 2. In addition to above screens, there will a selection screen for 'Server/Client' Installation. 3. Automatic detection of required dot net framework and installation of same if required. 4. (Server) Automatic detection of SQL Server installed on the system, detect its version and if it is greater than or equal to a specific version, then: A. Show the user the installed SQL Server instances [login to view URL] if the user wants to use one of the existing SQL Server instances or install a fresh instance of the SQL Server required for the software. C. if the user opts for using the existing sql server instance, then ask for choosing the instance of the available instances, and the login credentials for the same, and use that for further installation. D. If the user opts for new instance, then install the SQL Server Express Edition on the system with the required inputs from the user. E. Create the new database required for the application using the db name given by the user. 5. Once the Server is installed, install the client on the system with all the dependencies 6. Configure the .config file in the installed location to use the new sql server instance, database name, sql username and password for connecting. 7. There might be a small dll that needs to be used for getting the SQL password encrypted and then stored in the config file. 8. The screens to use the given software and company logos (obviously) :-) . 9. If the application is already installed (any version) on the system, then it should ask for uninstalling the previous version before installing the new version. 10. Beautiful or interesting screen designs shall be appreciated. Please send me the timeline and quote for the above.
