Calling all upbeat confident people looking for full/part time work. Multiple positions available now! Viapearl Global are a business building firm with operations in Australia, Hong Kong and South Africa. Our established business development, lead generation and appointment setting business ensures that our client’s sales teams stay ahead of the competition with qualified leads. Due to increased demand we are looking for Appointment Setters to call on Australia from the comfort of their own homes via Skype or VoIP. You will be calling Australian businesses in view of arranging meetings for our client’s sales reps and BDMs to meet and present their products and services to qualified prospects. The Job: - Make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses. - Schedule face to face appointments for BDM’s. - Achieve goals for number of outbound calls and appointments set per week. - Work from home: 9:00AM – 5:00PM (Sydney or Perth time). FULL ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND SUPPORT PROVIDED You will need: - Native or fluent spoken and written English language skills. - Computer literacy (MS Office, Windows 7, or similar). - Own computer and stable internet connection with a minimum Up/Down Speed of 1Mbps. - Confident NO FEAR attitude. Learning ability, attention to detail and pride in your work. - Ability to put your priorities in place and do the required whilst working unsupervised. - Business to business (B2B) sales and/or outbound cold calling experience both a plus. “This freelance opportunity will suit those looking for a stable long-term engagement with the option to work from home or remote. Supplement your income, studies and lifestyle while maintaining a work life balance. The future is remote working and we have the technology and business process to ensure our callers succeed.” Salary: Job opportunity offered as one month project with target of 30 arranged meetings. A probation period of 2 weeks or the first 15 meetings will be paid as commission only with rate of 30 AU per completed meeting. Beyond the first 2 weeks you may choose to remain on commission only or switch to a base salary plus commission. Salary and hours negotiable based on performance only after completion of initial 2 week probation. Pls note average performance of our current freelancers is 35 to 40 appts with a full-time commitment. Full time positions including team lead and project management positions are available for long term successes. Pls note this position does not require you to be based in any specific country or location. The availability of a stable internet connection with minimum UP/Down speed of 1Mbps is a critical requirement for this job.
