Consult Australia is the association for professional services firms operating in the built and natural environment i.e. architects, engineers, planners, quantity surveyors and project managers. Our membership is corporate so it's the firms themselves that are members and collectively they employ more than 58,000 staff who are all entitled to access our benefits and communications. We publish a high quality, quarterly magazine titled Consulting Matters that is distributed in hard copy to approximately 3,500 readers and also enjoys a strong online following.
We're currently looking for an advertising sales extraordinaire for the magazine. We've got a full media kit ready to go and have consulted with a few different companies to verify that our pricing and our offer is attractive to potential clients. What we need is for someone to drive this forward, find potential advertisers and get them over the line.

Because we don't require any materials to be developed, and have a list of potential targets to provide a starting point, we're not proposing a fixed price or hourly rate, instead we'll offer a 50% commission split on all sales (uncapped) to be paid to the salesperson within 2 weeks of each magazine's publication date. A full page ad is priced at $3,250 plus GST and ideally we'd like to be generating approximately $40k in total advertising sales per edition (i.e. $20k for the salesperson and $20k for Consult Australia).
