Home Value Predictor, Inc. ([login to view URL]) is self-funded and has a huge need and marketplace. (Site to launch in 2-3 weeks)? Based out of San Jose, CA.? At HVP we capture unique monthly and quarterly data and information on over 300,000 real estate markets in the US.? And forecasting for each market, with drill-downs to the Census Block Group level.

We are looking for a Biz Dev/top salesperson to drive and acquire consumers.? Both a B2B and B2C product.? B2B markets include: pension funds, hedge funds, large national real estate brokerages, smaller community banks, and more.? For B2C we need to strike partnerships with other real estate portals and groups with large lists of active real estate investors. Strong connections within the real estate space would help and strong sales skills.

Responsibilities:

* Develop potential partners list, strategy to build relationships, and close deals.? Focus on identifying and closing new client sales.
* Develop programs to convert non-buyers to customers.
* Identify new acquisition programs to drive significant customer growth.
* Develop plans to support product launch.
* Optimize existing programs for new customer growth and revenue.
* Complete RFPs and proposals; follow up on submissions and close business
* Develop new business accounts through research, prospecting and cold calling

Qualifications:

* 3+ years experience in marketing and real estate business development.
* Deep rolodex of relationships with major real estate portals and firms that invest in large portfolios of real estate portfolios and distressed assets. ?
* Experience in writing business requirements in product development/management.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Proven record of exceeding new business development goals.
* Ability to effectively present proposed engagement solution to large groups. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections.
* Strong presentation skills and ability to close
