Create a authority blog for lead generation and set up social network right

I am working on a new US real estate portal (some free info and some only for members) that will blend standard feed data (MLS, sales, comps, rents, etc.) with our unique Block Group and higher data to add major value to: consumers, Realtors, and real estate investors.? ? Will delivers a blend of free maps and reports (with a strategy for high SEO for these reports that change quarterly based upon trends), and a membership site with various up-sells and levels.? ? I need help in developing this system, but first need to get a good blog set up. ? Set up and hock up all social media sites.? Some social media parts have been set up, some have not.? Need to like Utube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and all social bookmarking.? Also develop and implement a strong Facebook strategy to generate traffic to my new blog, along with developing a strong presence within the real estate Facebook community. Implement a strong promotional campaign with techniques that can get the word out.
