Detailed Assessment Report on How to improve Conversions on an Adult Gay Affiliate Site

What I need is a documented, detailed "before" site assessment on an Adult Gay Affiliate...What's currently Working/ Not Working in terms of conversions to commissions. And then recommendations on how to significantly improve conversions and why (evidence that this has worked before, etc) For example: NOT WORKING: "[login to view URL] has significant XHTML/CSS errors that make the site...increasing bounce rate, etc..." This report will be the roadmap for future corrective/ improvement actions. I'm using Google Analytics. ## Deliverables This report must back up all recommendations with proof. The report should be in Word and well-formatted.
