Contacting and qualifying investment leads

Myself and partner have a large data base of approximately 7,000 individuals who have in the past given their details to be contacted in further for investment opportunities.
We are looking for someone to spend time contacting each of the 7,000 to find out if they are still interested to hear about new investment opportunities.
We are looking for someone or a team with good personal skills, is comfortable on the phone and preferably speaks as their first language.
