Do you have: experience in credit control/chasing payments ? Available for the next 4 months Able to start immediately An understanding of the procedural steps that need to be taken and records that needs to be kept when undertaking credit control Able to use quickbooks at a basic level ? If so, then you may be prefect for this role. I am recruiting a credit controller for a 4 month temporary contract. This job consists of phone calls and emails to our customers to resolve numerous billing submission issues, and increase turn around on payment of the invoices we have sent them. The position involves calling accounts 10 days after invoice is sent out to ensure prompt payment. Also involves calling on past due accounts in a polite yet firm manner to achieve payment and keep customer relationship. You must have impeccable written and spoken skills in English. You must be organized and able to work between the hours of 9AM and 3PM at least 3 days per week GMT time. You will not work the entire time each day, but must be available. A skype account will be provided to allow you to make outgoing calls and receive calls. A fast internet connection is essential required.
