Complex setup of "Class Registrations" via WP Event Ticket or WP eStore - repost

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AND BE SURE YOU ARE UP TO THE TASK BEFORE BIDDING!!! I need someone experienced with editing WP eStore or WP Event Tickets (or a better solution) on our WordPress based site in order to allow our conference attendees to buy one of four package deals and then credit the value of the package against the purchase of individual classes (some of which are free and some cost extra). Some classes can also be bought with (or without) Continuing Education credits (aka CEs). We have three types of CE credits and certain classes are not eligible for certain credits: nurses can buy CEs at about 30 classes, most mental health professionals can buy CEs at about 18 classes, one type of mental health pro can only buy credits at 15 classes. Attendees must choose from two classes during each time block. Classes are mostly free, (unless CEs are added) but we have 6 classes (called "Inside Tracks") that cost a little extra, even without CEs, and a bit more if CEs are added. The package deals offer different amounts of CEs and Inside Tracks for one price, but additional CEs and Inside Tracks can be purchased if desired, in whole units or half units. The attached spreadsheet includes the data (plus some that is not relevant to this project) involved: date, time, class title, speaker, # seats, price (if any), and three columns with number of CE/CNE offered to various types of professionals. (Ignore the rest). We can upload and enter the actual data once you have created the configuration to handle the functionality we need. Here is what I have created so far (not all products have been posted yet but have been created): [login to view URL] All classes have been uploaded as products to the WP eStore module on our site. I also recently purchased the WP Event Ticket plugin. This general set up could work, but I don't have a way to credit the shopping cart based on the package purchased. It would also be best if we had a user-friendly way to show the CEs of each type, and allow the customer to add the appropriate CEs to their class selections. Right now we are planning on having three separate pages - one for each type of CE/professional - but if you know of a better way to organize this, at a reasonable cost, great. The successful bid will include a description of the general approach you would use, when you can start and estimated date of completion. We are in need of fast service preferably including work over the coming weekend. Thank you.
