Dear Sir/Madam I have gone through your requirement. Modification of media and manipulating it's timeline is possible by after effects. I got some understanding of C++ and an introductory level knowledge of after effects. But I can achieve your goal if you give me chance through my passion of learning and hard work. I have downloaded after effect SDK and worked with some samples. My C++ knowledge is somewhat good so I am not finding any difficulty in learning after effects.
