Hello, Thank you for posting this project. To begin with, as 'Karu1977' has pointed out, this is indeed a very big task as compared to the money involved. MS Office as a whole or the applications that you have outlined have enormous number of features and as such emulating every single feature in detail is certainly beyond the scope of any individual or team for that reason. Having said that I had emulated Excel and Word applications in the past. I can begin working on this project from that point onwards. I can also provide you screenshots of my Excel application (that I had made) for you to get a feel of what I can do for you. Talking about Excel, my application will mimic Microsoft's proprietary Excel in its look and feel and also inherits a lot of its inbuilt features. I would like to know in detail what features are you looking at for each of these applications. I also have a lot of questions that I would like to seek clarifications on before i get started.
