Chronium based browser development

Greatings; Chronium is an open source browser that google also used it to develop chrome browser. I also want to develop this kind of browser. I think that c++ programing necessary to develop chronium based browser. I want some features in my browser: I have to be control browser with an admin panel. Admin panel should include some features : I must be able to determine homepage, defult search engine, new tab in admin panel that user can not change it without my approval. I must be able to launch an alert to user to upgrade his browser versions in admin panel. Browser should work only windows operating system I don't need ios right now. I must be able to add some extentions to browser without users permission. look at some extentions from here: [login to view URL] I must be able to change view of browser in admin panel. I also must be able to add some extra codes to change view of browser for example I request to add a new button next to the refresh button in future... I must be able to see how many users download my browser and which of them is surf on net right now. (I need only numbers such as: 122 users is live right now, 1002 user downloaded browser, 5 user deleted your browser... etc..) I must be able to add some extra codes to add some extra features to the browser or change some features on browser.. For example I can request to add an advertising side bar to the browser in the future. Or I can request to show advertising at the bottom of all page. These kind of needs should be done with adding some extra codes to the admin panel. Browser must have all the features in Google Chrome last version in terms of security, css, html compatibility and working fast ability.. Users must be able to add extentions to their browsers from google webstore [login to view URL] All codes must be able to changeable and editable I dont want to see any .dll or .pak files. Because I couldn't change this kind of files.. I want all source codes... Thanks..
