Create drop down menus on intuit template based website

Our current company website was constructed using Intuit's web based template. The one thing the template won't do is drop down menus, which I would like to add to the main tool bar (at the moment I am using links from within pages to do this and it is starting to be a bit cumbersome). I have contacted Intuit about this and they have advised that if I have someone to write a new piece of HTML code and insert it this could be done. Essentially I want to keep my heading toolbar as it is but have a drop down for each tab that has 2-4 links that navigate to other pages. I can set up the additional pages - what I am looking to outsource is the code and instructions on how to insert it to put the drop downs and links to it.
