Billing System

An member management and billing application for a SPA company has made a JAVA desktop application. Now they need a few correction in the invoice that is generated in the application. The application was developed in NetBeans and Jasper has been used to create the invoice. The source code of the application has been attached. The database used is MySQL. I require the following corrections to be done in a days time. 1. Now the vertical lines are being printed but the output does not look professional. The reason as the Invoice size changes with the number of services added. It should not be like this. There should be a standard size set (which is A4) and all Invoices should print full length. That means, the total and other footer matter should be always in same position and vertical lines should connect from top to bottom. The previous Invoice layout I was getting was correct at least in this respect, though the vertical lines were not printed fully. In short, the size of the table of Invoice should be same, irrespective of number of services added/included in it. Leaving blank spaces at the bottom does not look good. 2. Alignment of Unit price and total price figures not correct. It should be RIGHT aligned so as to get the decimals, unit place, tenth place, hundredth place etc. correctly aligned. 3. Now, the Unit price and total prices does show fully as entered in Price field in Service Management. For example: I have entered 5.000 as price for one item but same is printed as “5” and amount entered as 7.750 is printed as 7.75. Moreover, amount in words is incorrect. For an amount of 267.775, it should print as Kuwaiti Dinar Two hundred sixty seven and fils seven hundred seventy five only. Please make a note of it. Currently, it says KD Two Hundred Sixty Seven Dinars and Seven Hundred. No need to start with KD and then mention Dinars in between. Since the code and things are mentioned . I appreciate developers only reply who can give me a clear time frame.
