Blocking unencrypted torrent is more easy then unencrypted, the later one will consume much CPU/RAM if you have high traffic on your server but it's possible using Squid or other commercial solution. You said "i have obsfucated ssh + badvpn", I believe here you are running a service(a tunnel to hide IP), if you feel your service get abuse then you are better to limit connection speed per user.
