Build a simple java app

I need a simple java app that executes a siple http request on a website. First you will go the specified site and extract the endpoint for the specific request since we wont be loading the page in the app (speed reasons) -app loads a list of urls from .txt file -app loads a list of proxies from a .txt file the app doesnt need a gui but must give feedback what it's doing (aka using proxy x and url x) - a config file where user can set a delay in seconds and the number of times it will loop through the urls - the app loops through the loaded proxies - the app will run on windows server
