Build a small Ruby on Rails site/software

hello, We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to build us a small site with refer program. basic idea is that a visitor comes in to the site, signup using email, get to another page and can participate in a contest to get free product if she/he brings more people to signup using a special link that was created when he signup. More description of the project will be give in private. second, almost all the project is ready. but just need a few tweaks and adjustments, like graphic, deployment and making it work properly as packages in gem file arent up to date..
