I need a Windows program to support my use case of a Linux machine creating an ssh socks server to tunnel http/https traffic through a Windows machine behind a router on a different network. The Windows program (or more accurately, some setup which may include a script bundling some other programs such as an ssh server) will need to forward a port from the router (using UPNP?) to an sshd with certificate-based authentication that it will run locally to accept the ssh connection from the linux machine. The setup should provide a browsing experience that is identical, except for the obvious decrease in speed and change in apparent ip, to browsing without a proxy (both http and https). Video streaming protocols etc are not required although if you can support additional protocols as well it will be nice to have. The entire setup should be installed with a simple installer that first shows a copyright and terms-of-use screen, and then completes in one step all of the installation in a default location. All of the components should run invisibly, preferably as Windows services, and remain running continuously when switching user accounts. In your bid please describe how you plan to approach the implementation of this project, with which language will you write it, using which installer will you prefer to have its setup, how will you forward the port, and how long will you need to deliver this. Thanks
