Chrome extension to manipulate fav icons in chrome

We have provided detailed behavior. This project should be quick to do. This chrome extension will manipulate fav icons in open tabs with the following behavior: - “Colorize” (right click on tab): User has ability to change fav icon with an “ Colorize" dialog to a (A) solid color (from palette), (B) Colorized version of the current fav icon for the site. B option is basically it is redrawing the fav icon all in a single color. - When a link is opened from an existing modified/colorized tab, the child tab retains the same color as the parent. (this is temporary and not saved) - Any changes to fav icon are connected to the domain of the tab. Selected colors are remembered the next time that domain is opened. Sub domains like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are considered different. By default, the domain should be used, but give user ability to pick subdirectory Example “Colorize” dialog behavior: User navigates to microsoft.com/products/sales/education/index.asp&ref=1212 and right clicks on tab to “Colorize", default is [login to view URL] (user presses “+" in dialog), value is: [login to view URL] (user presses “+" in dialog), value is: [login to view URL] (user presses “+" in dialog), value is: [login to view URL] (user presses "-" in dialog), value is: [login to view URL] (user presses “All" in dialog), value is: microsoft.com/products/sales/education/index.asp&ref=1212 - Task (right click option): On first use, Tab icon is changed to a "1" icon. Each time used, the icon number is incremented (2,3,4 etc). We will provide icons that are light and dark versions of numbers 1-20. Each new task number gets a “dark” icon. Links opened from a page with task inherit the same number, but a light icon version. Web page URL is saved. - Complete (right click option) Changes tabs and child-tabs back to original tab. Numbered icons get renumbered. - Up (right click option): Moves task number up 1 - Down (right click option): Moves task number down 1 - Open tasks (right click option). Opens web pages for all tasks and child tasks. This way, open tasks persist after restarting chrome - Saved colors/domains/task/urls should work across all computers accessing the chrome account.
