Create VB.NET client for axis web service

I need to access a third party web service. The project uses an WS Security Header with Password Digest. I have already solved the problem of building and sending the security header at the beginning of each request. I already have the Security certificate working to contact site and download the WSDL. What I need is a vb.net example which will create the nonce and my password digest. I asked on another site, but got no info. [login to view URL] I have not had any success validating the password from my hash. I need two functions, one to generate the Nonce and Password digest, and one to validate a password digest + Nonce if the password is known. These need to be in Vb.Net Framework 4.5 so i can include them into a WCF service. This should be easy if someone has experience with this.
