Resource and Capacity Planning Excel Tool

Hi, Do you already have the equation based on which the Excel tool should do the calculations? In other words, do you already know what correlation is there between the No of Clients and the Process Cycle Time (this is just an example) ? Or do you know what kind of trend is there (linear, polynomial, etc) ?
