compile existing vb.net WPF project as portable exe (without dll's or depending files)

I have already developed an application with no dependencies and in some case where there was an external assembly required, i had it embedded inside the application and got it resolved during runtime. Although Im an expert c# developer, working on vb.net is not an issue for me. Hope you award me the project.
