I'm presenting a restaurant model to a group of people who oversee a not for profit organization that restores and preserves landmark/historical properties. They want a restaurant in the building, and they want to know what I would do if I was the person they chose to put the restaurant in the building. I can provide architectural diagrams showing basic layout and scale, photographs providing as much information as possible, and sketches of my own personal ideas for the space. What I need is someone who can take my ideas and polish them in a presentable way using color profiles and the restaurant layouts I provide. I'm not looking for a finished product look, but a basic design view of the inside of this restaurants first floor. I'm hoping to present my ideas to investors withing 3 weeks. We can negotiate based on additional details.
