wxWidgets and C++ expert needed

Hey, there is an important note on budget it is not the same as posted but please post the bid excatly for 600 INRS, I should see the same because, I will create a lot a many milestones until the project is completed. so the budget is definitely more than posted. Hi I have a native C++ application without GUI and you need to create a GUI for that, I Think it is easy to wrap native C++ with wxWidgets, you need to code on Team Viewer I have almost all the stuffs needed for create the UI Dialogblocks,wxFormBuilder, Visual Studio 2015 you name it.... Brief Explanation of the project: The project has no GUI no threads so need GUI, it is for windows I know wxwidgets is crossplatformed but the stuffs I concentrate on windows. A programmer will be accompanied with you throughout the project to help with the native C++ stuffs... and get the stuff quickly IMPORTANT: (I AM USING UPPERCASE FOR HIGHLIGHTING NOT FOR SHOUTING ) :P The project is quiet big so why I have asked you to place the low budget (read fully :) ) so that you can select how much you can do for what rate, you can feel free to work on your own time, no matter how longer you take e.g I can complete this much for x rate .. Then I will create the x milestone and once you did I release it... so I want to make it simple... Thanks inquire me for clarifications
