Rotary Direct drive beam bender. Use elements provided and complete full integration of a rotary motion. Using hollow motors from Yaskawa. Integrate a sensor and lens motion, integrate a collision detection for the sensor unit and for the motors. Calculate the inertia of the sub-assemblies, select the motors, provide BOM and drawings for each component, use if possible off the shelf elements, provide components, sub-assemblies, assemblies get the inertial of all sub-assemblies. Integrate cable management, hoses and connectors.
Hollow motor C is attached to the Z axis. Connected with a flange that hold the bending mirror C and the holding magnet.
Magnet used as a crash protection.
Motor B one side to the magnet holder the other side to the mirror block. Power cables from top
Motor ZZ attached to mirror block and focusing unit. Cables from top
Focusing with a FF motor, unit attached to Motor ZZ and sensor unit. Sensor cable integrated and pin contact thru the focusing block.
Sketch in Acad, and pictures from a similar units will be provided.
Experiece with machining, Product design, SolidWorks, Mechatronic, CAD/CAM, AUTOCad, Optomechanic.
