Automatic Registration & Enrollment in Moodle 2.0

I need someone who has in-depth knowledge of Moodle 2.0. Freelancers must have extensive experience setting up auto-registration and auto-enrollment in Moodle 2.0, via the external database authentication plugin, and the external database enrollment plugin. Freelancer must have Moodle specific references. I have an external MySQL table that is managed via phpMyAdmin and hosted on GoDaddy with Linux and PHP 5.2. After customers pay at an external store, this table is updated with the customer’s information. After the table is updated, I need the following. 1. Moodle’s external database authentication plugin checks the SQL table to see if there are any customers/students. 2. If there are new students, then moodle needs to create new user accounts for the new students, using the information in the SQL table. a. After adding the new students, then Moodle’s external database enrollment plugin should add the students to the correct course, and email the students a course confirmation email containing their (a) username, (b) password, and (c) the link to login into Moodle. 3. If there are not any new students, then Moodle’s external database enrollment plugin should add students to the correct course, and email the students a course confirmation email containing their (a) username, (b) password, and (c) the link to login into Moodle. This project should not take more than 2-4 hours, since I already have the database setup. I just need to settings in Moodle setup correctly for this to work. No programming should be required, but the language in the course confirmation email will need to be changed to include the username, password, and login link tags. There are no milestone payments, and payment will only be made for the successful completion of this project. I will make the changes to my actual site, so the Freelancer will need to give me clear, written instructions on the changes, and be able to communicate via Yahoo Messenger. Bids should not exceed $100 total.
