hello sir the reason behind blocking your smtp port 25 is that your server hacked and installed some malwares which is sending bulk spam emails i can resolve the issue within few hours

Hi, You havent mentioned but probably postfix, exim is running. After fine tuning the configurations i'll dig in to the log files to find out which account sending spams. If it's caused by an account password change will be enough. Also it could be caused by 3rd party script (php) then i'll find which one. All operations could take 2 - 6 hours.
